The process of setting up an LLC corporation is not that difficult. * Tax ID. While you are waiting for your LLC corporation license to come in the mail, you can call the IRS and go ahead and get your Tax ID number for your new LLC over the phone.

* Last Step. Once you have your license in the mail, and your tax ID number and papers from the IRS, you will want to file all of this paperwork in a safe place.  Now, you are ready for your business.
